As a consultant and researcher on colors, I give courses, workshops, and lectures at art institutions such as Boca Raton Museum of Art, universities, and companies.

BACKGROUND & REFERENCES
My knowledge comes from academic research on visual perception (masters and doctorate) as well as extensive didactic experience approaching color composition for graphic and product designers, stylists, architects, pattern and costume designers, photographers, and anyone interested in color effects. I'm author of the book A cor no processo criativo (Color in Creative Process, 5th edition, published in 2006.My academic research was supported by São Paulo Research Foundation (FAPESP), one of the main agencies for the promotion of scientific and technological research in Brazil, internationally recognized and affiliated to several research institutions abroad.
EFFECTIVE APROACH
Without establishing norms or patterns of harmony, I bring concepts from the neurobiology of visual systems to color design and creative process.
The visual perception and color combination exercises developed in my courses focus on products and contexts in each segment of professional activity, offering a broad and non-dogmatic view of the use of color.
